To Revise your reservation, kindly type the following:

REV <RSVN NO.> <NAME> <DATE> <TIME> <PAX>

eg. REV RSVN10305 SUZY 5MAR 1900 5px

We will reply back and give you new reservation no.

eg. RSVN10508 SUZY 3MAR 1900 5px

To Cancel your reservation, kindly type the following:

CANCEL <RSVN NO.> <NAME> <DATE> <TIME> <PAX>

eg. CANCEL RSVN12305 SUZY 3MAR 1900 5px

We will reply back as below

eg. TENJI: CANCEL RSVN12305 SUZY 3MAR 1900 5px. Received.

* Please send the SMS Reservation from 8.30am to 5.30pm and we will reply you within the same day between 8.30am to 5. 30pm the reservation no. to your mobile no.

* Any SMS Reservation that receive after 5.30pm, we will send you the reservation no. the next day.

* Please send the SMS Reservation at least 3 day advance reservation. We do not accept SMS Reservation on the same day to avoid congestion.
